  Dereks' Steak and Seafood has been revamped from the old restaurants (Zio Paolo's). Imagine a questionable restaurant that had to close their doors because they were not making a profit and changing their menu and then forget everything they ever knew about the restaurant business.
  
  The Service Staff are now dressed in Black, Chef Like shirts (Patterned after the Capital Grill) but the service is HORRIBLE. We were the only ones in the Restaurant and still had to wait for 20 minutes to get menu's and then she disappeared. I actually had to go and look for her. The service never got any better for the entire evening. The Steak was over priced and was a lesser cut of meat. I find it hard to believe that a restaurant would specialize in Steak and not have a quality of meat available to serve.
  
  I have been back 2 additional time, thinking that it was just a bad night but I was wrong. Nothing has changed and there is no manager to talk to on any of the 3 occasions.... How they have stayed in business for the last few months is beyond me.
  
  You are not going to enjoy your visit here. There are many options in the area, you are going to be much happier going elsewhere...

  Stopped by with the family on a Saturday evening when everywhere else had long waits. There weren't many customers and one one staff taking care of the bar and waiting tables, but service was decent. Food quality is what you would expect from a strip mall restaurant... not great but not bad either.
